shrimp lettuce cups & mango salsa
I think Josh strategically forgot to set the alarm for me last night. Every morning when the alarm goes off, he suggests I skip JM and get back in bed. I got up at 5 am this morning. I laid there in bed and contemplated for a second whether I should get up and do the Ripped in 30. Here were the thoughts running through my head,
Oh my body hurts, maybe I can skip a day and give my body a day to recover.
Maybe I can do it tonight after Levi goes to bed.
I won't have enough time to do it this morning since I got up late.
I got up and did it. It's only 30 minutes and I knew I wouldn't do it tonight after Levi goes to bed and I knew I had plenty of time. I am very proud of myself and patting myself on the back.
For dinner last night, I grilled up some shrimp, made mango salsa and placed them in Boston lettuce. I am so Korean, I ended up dousing the lettuce cups with Sriracha.
